I had so much fun making this bag. It’s elegant and polished. I learned how to actually put on a zipper for the first time and the video was easy to follow along,
On the design, the strap not being attached had the pro of being adjustable but con of being basically a “loose” piece. But it’s okay, I love the creativity in the design and learning new ways to do things! Thank you Dieselpunkro!
As always Tony's templates and tutorials are entertaining and easy to follow. I am in the process of creating the Scottish Bag and am really pleased with the results so far, although there is a lot of holes to punch and lots of stitching to do - my poor fingers :). See image for progress thus far. Just some stitching left including adding the gusset.
