Printing & paper sizes
Open the PDF with Adobe Reader and print at "actual size". Do not use "fit to page" or "shrink to fit" — those resize the pattern and the pieces will not line up.
Larger patterns are spread across several sheets. Print them all, line up the marks, and tape the sheets together before you start cutting.

YKK #5 antique brass zipper, up to 70 cm (5 yard roll with 10 sliders, cut to length)

Reviews
As an advanced beginner, I had no qualms in making this bag. tony's patterns are excellent and his tutorials are some of the best. I was taking a trip in a week and made this in about 16 hours over the course of 5 days. No cussing, but I have more patience than a Zen Master. Using alignment pins every 20 holes, or so, stitching the bottom was no problem. Any imperfections are due to my lack of experience. I recommend this pattern, large duffle bag, and any of Tony's pattens.
I have made 3 large bags and 2 small ones. The patterns are very accurate and there are No miss matches with holes. A lot of work but take your time and you will get there. I think that the bags are really nice and I gave them to relatives has presents. No complaints.
A lot of holes to punch, bottom is not as hard to sew as it was introduced by Tony. Effect is worth to see :)
