The style of this bag really appealed to me so I purchased the pattern and collected the materials necessary to create it, then all I had to do was actually make it. Fortunately,Tony’s patterns and tutorials make this process pretty simple,I have managed to make this bag and am pretty happy with it, I just need to make the carry straps and this will become my new work bag.
Made two of these, in an oil tanned leather and veg for my sons for Xmas 24.
Pro tip : Make sure you mark the centre stitch of the dark piece, the centre stitch of the lower band and the centre stitch of the bottom. Save yourself a lot of checking ;-)
