Printing & paper sizes
Open the PDF with Adobe Reader and print at "actual size". Do not use "fit to page" or "shrink to fit" — those resize the pattern and the pieces will not line up.
Larger patterns are spread across several sheets. Print them all, line up the marks, and tape the sheets together before you start cutting.

Hi, I purchased the hat pattern last week, just got around to making it up. I've made the large one up, with the aid of my wife's measurements around my head, no idea what she is trying to say but, it's too big for my head. Anyway, I think I have done it justice, got saw fingers though 😂 all that stitching.
The pattern is easy to follow, good vid on YouTube on how to get to the finishing post for the construction of the hat.
