  • Printing & paper sizes

Open the PDF with Adobe Reader and print at "actual size". Do not use "fit to page" or "shrink to fit" — those resize the pattern and the pieces will not line up.

Larger patterns are spread across several sheets. Print them all, line up the marks, and tape the sheets together before you start cutting.

    A beautifully unique piece

I always love the dieselpunk patterns. Bought the pattern two years ago, took me a little under a year to actually make it (Due to life, and my procrastinating) as I was making it for a birthday present. The fact that the panels are all different meant that I had a bit of fun with patterning. One downside was that trying to sew the rim around the metal stiffening piece and through two relatively thick pieces of leather was occasionally quite taxing. Otherwise a very fun one, my partner loved it.
